Scrap Time 0.1.1 - Minor fixes

Fixing small issues before we move on to work on content for patch 0.2.0 for a while. Up next we're significantly changing the power-up system to improve replayability. This might take a bit longer though, especially considering we're back working on another project that's long overdue an update! 

Anyway, here's the changelog:

Gameplay

  1. Being reduced to 1 HP now grants invulnerability for a short while. Players are much less likely to get bursted down in a split second even with really bad luck.
  2. Reduced explosion ranges across the board. No more getting hit while at a seemingly safe distance from enemy spawn rockets.
  3. Added large crosshairs to help out with the cursor being hard to track during really heated moments.
  4. Added a laser pointer to better show where the player is aiming.

Minor changes and fixes

  1. Blink effect now affects more parts of the robot that is taking damage.
  2. Added a vertical laser effect to enemy spawn indicators that should be visible above debris in the later stages of the game.
  3. Fixed props placed inside level geometry being ejected at the start of the game.

Browser build

  1. Fixed flickering lighting.
  2. Improved performance when displaying lots of explosion trail effects.
